What materials go into your jewellery?
All our pieces are crafted in 92.5 sterling silver with 18K gold plating, finished to international standards. We use a blend of semi-precious and high-grade simulated stones. The plating is skin-friendly, long-lasting, and completely hypoallergenic.
Are Svya pieces hallmarked or certified?
Yes. Our pieces are hallmarked and each order you make comes with a Certificate of Authenticity - your assurance of genuine craft and material integrity.
What grade of stones are used?
Each Svya piece features a curated mix of semi-precious and finely lab-crafted stones, hand-set for brilliance and balance. Every stone is individually chosen to complement the design, not just fill it.
How long does delivery take?
Each order is packed with care and dispatched within 24 hours. You can expect your Svya jewellery at your doorstep within 3–7 days, depending on your city.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do. You can pay via COD, UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking — choose what’s most convenient for you.
Can I return or exchange my piece?
Yes - returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the piece is not damaged and in its original packaging. Our team ensures every request is handled smoothly and personally.
Do you offer any warranties or gaurantees?
Yes - we offer a 1 year product warranty, except for tarnish. Since tarnish can occur from mishandling of the product, a tarnish case is on piece by piece basis. But if there is a manufacturing defect, we will cover the logistics and cost of repair / replacement for a 1 year period from the date of delivery. Our team ensures every request is handled smoothly and personally.
